2. Consultation & Space Planning
  • Initial consultations may include discussions, site visits, measurements, and evaluations.
  • Design concepts and layouts are prepared based on information provided by the client.
  • Any changes requested after finalization may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
3. Design, Customization & Material Selection
  • All designs are tailor-made as per client requirements, space constraints, and material selections.
  • Finishes may include matte, gloss, PU, membrane, lacquered glass, and other premium options.
  • Hardware selections may include imported and high-performance brands such as German-engineered fittings.
  • Visual representations, renders, or samples are indicative and may vary slightly from final installed products.
4. Manufacturing & Quality Standards
  • Products are manufactured using automated machinery to ensure precision and consistency.
  • Kitchens use BWP 710 Marine Grade plywood where specified.
  • System windows are manufactured using 6063 virgin aluminum systems.
  • Imported hardware and fittings are used based on agreed specifications.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are considered industry standard.
5. Pricing & Payments
  • Prices are based on finalized designs, materials, hardware selections, and scope of work.
  • Payment schedules will be communicated and must be adhered to for timely execution.
  • Any additional work, design changes, or material upgrades will be charged separately.
  • Payment delays may impact production or installation timelines.
6. Production Timelines
  • Estimated timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation.
  • Timelines may vary due to design revisions, site readiness, force majeure events, or material availability.
  • We shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
7. Installation
  • Installation is carried out by trained professionals to ensure precision and quality.
  • The site must be ready and accessible as per agreed conditions prior to installation.
  • Any delays caused due to site unavailability, structural issues, or third-party work may affect timelines and costs.
8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate site measurements, approvals, and timely decisions
  • Ensure the site is ready for installation (civil work, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
  • Protect installed products from damage caused by other ongoing work
  • Make payments as per agreed terms
9. Handover & After-Sales Support
  • Final handover is completed after installation and quality checks.
  • Warranty and service support apply only as per product and hardware specifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or unauthorized alterations are not covered.
  • Maintenance guidelines provided must be followed to retain product longevity.
10. Warranty
  • Warranty terms vary based on materials, hardware, and product categories.
  • Warranty is valid only if products are used under normal residential conditions.
  • Any repair or modification done by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
11. Intellectual Property

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in M.P.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
